Shipping & Delivery

Most products are in-stock at either our warehouse or at the manufacturers' warehouses. Once an order is received it usually takes 1 business day for the product to ship from our warehouse or up to 3 business days if shipping directly from the manufacturer.

Items typically ship via FedEx Ground. Delivery time from date of purchase is usually within 1 week to most addresses, but can vary and take up to 2 weeks if your location happens to be further way from the shipping warehouse. If faster delivery time please call us with your order and we can arrange for expedited shipping for an additional cost.

Please, DO NOT SCHEDULE AN INSTALLER PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND INSPECTION OF YOUR PRODUCTS. We cannot control travel times, and also, although shipping damage is rare with our products, sometimes it does happen. If a package is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, understand it is totally out of our control and we will not be held liable for any electrician (or installer) charges for extra trips back to your home.

NOTE: We sell every ceiling fan at the manufacturer's minimum allowed resale price. Due to our unusually low prices, we do not have the high markup most retailers have to include shipping on every single item. However, all fans $249 and up do include FREE SHIPPING if shipping to an address within the continental United States (lower 48 US, only).

International Shipping

We do ship outside of the Continental United States. To get rates, please contact us with the products and quantities requested. We will need your exact shipping details in order to give an accurate quote. Once we receive all of the needed information, we can usually have a quote for you within 1 business day.

If an order going outside of the Continental US (lower 48 US) is placed online, without first contacting our company to get a shipping quote, our cart will calculate shipping at no cost. Once we receive the order, we will proceed to get the shipping quote, and then contact you with the amount needed to complete your transaction. Items will not ship outside of the continental US until shipping cost is paid.
