Our retail showroom location opened in Greensboro, North Carolina over 30 years ago, back before the internet as we know it ever existed. Our business grew year after year with little to almost no paid advertising. We believed the best form of advertising was free in the form of "Word of Mouth". So we have always been sure to treat each and every customer with the respect we would like to receive if we were in their position. That is why we have always thoroughly trained each and every employee in product knowledge, so you will be sure to get someone that can actually help you pick the right ceiling fan for your room. But most importantly, before we let any customer service rep deal directly with the public, we make sure they know our standards on how to treat a customer with respect, and that they take the care to treat the customer the way they would expect to be treated in a given situation.
