Our retail showroom location opened in Greensboro, North Carolina over 30 years ago, back before the internet as we know it ever existed. Our business grew year after year with little to almost no paid advertising. We believed the best form of advertising was free in the form of "Word of Mouth". So we have always been sure to treat each and every customer with the respect we would like to receive if we were in their position. That is why we have always thoroughly trained each and every employee in product knowledge, so you will be sure to get someone that can actually help you pick the right ceiling fan for your room. One that will perform well, and that we know you will be satisfied with. But most importantly, before we let any customer service rep deal directly with the public, we make sure they know our standards on how to treat a customer with respect, and that they take the care to treat the customer the way they would expect to be treated in a given situation.

Although these days we are doing way more business online than we do at our local showroom, we still understand that word of mouth advertising is still the best form available. One example is, a couple in Mississippi purchased a rather unique outdoor ceiling fan from our website that they were very pleased with. The next thing we know, nearly every back porch in that entire neighborhood had this same fan. If we would have treated the first customer wrong, or treated just one of the next few to call with any disrespect, then it's still possible everyone may have wound up with the same fan.
