Fanimation's Dual, Twin Motor, and Horizontal Ceiling Fans

Fanimation Ceiling Fans with Dual Motors and/or Horizontal Bar Blade Mounting

Fanimation's first ceiling fan was ceiling fan creation was the Punkah. Still in production today, the Punkah is a very unique fan that can be ceiling or wall mounted with up to six blades that gently sway back and forth, fanning the air in the room more like an old fashioned hand held fan. Afterwards the revolutionized the ceiling fan industry again with the Palisade and Palmetto models. Both fans use a heavy rod mounted horizontal with blades mounted that spin vertical, creating a very unique airflow pattern and helping fill large amounts of space in rooms that need it due to open floor plans and high ceilings.

Palisades and Caruso Dual Motor Ceiling Fans

The Palisades and Fanimation's Caruso models attach to the ceiling more like an ordinary ceiling fan would, but they look anything but ordinary. This makes them more practical for existing applications for when a person may be wanting to replace their tired, out-of-date traditional fan. Both fans have a downrod hanging vertically that attaches to another rod spanning horizontally, which in turn has a two motors attached to it, one on each end. The Palisades' horizontal bar mount is straight, whereas the Caruso uses a curved horizontal rod. Both models can be used with the blades spinning vertically, or straight up and down, but the Caruso also allows for the motors to be tilted, allowing for an angled blade rotation to throw air into the room. Whichever model you choose, they are both beautiful dual ceiling fans.
